There has never been a better time to make a commitment that will change your life forever. The Threshold Taekwon-Do Adult Class offers participants an ongoing group training experience designed to improve self defence, fitness, strength and flexability..

As a member you will develop lifelong friendships that help you to reach your goals.

The class will challenge you and a decision to join the School should not be taken lightly. Unlike group fitness and aerobic classes available at your local gym, at Threshold Taekwon-Do you will learn specific self defence techniques while you get fit. As you progress through the belt rank levels, you will gain new skills and confidence in your ability to defend yourself and others.

Every class is different to the last and no two classes are ever the same.

Work towards a Black Belt in ITFNZ Taekwon-Do

Achieving a Black Belt in Taekwon-Do requires commitment and perseverance. After joining the class you will work through each belt level grading a maximum of three times a year towards your ultamite goal, an ITFNZ Black Belt.
